Sunroof

1 – sunroof upper alignment seal;
2 – sunroof glass trim;
3 – sunroof hinge;
4 – waterproof seal;
5 – sunroof glass panel;
6 – sunroof opening mechanism.

Installation

PROCEDURE

1. Before removing the sunroof, remove the following components:
– overhead console lamp;
– sun visors and inside rear view mirror;
– front pillar trim;
– sunroof opening handle.

2. Remove the sunshade assembly from the sunroof glass.

3. Remove the sunroof glass from the frame hinge.

4. Remove the sunroof deflector.

5. Remove the sunroof handle frame and handle base plate.

6. Remove the sunroof frame hinge.

7. Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.

8. When installing the sunroof trim, make sure there is no gap between the trim and the headliner.
