Brake Pedal Free Play

Stop the engine, depress the brake pedal several times, and press the pedal with your fingers until you feel initial resistance. This distance must be within the specified range.
Free play: 3 to 8 mm (0.1 to 0.3 in.) If the brake pedal free play is outside the specified range, have the brake pedal adjusted by an authorized Hyundai dealer.
