Removal and Installation

  1. Disable the high voltage system. (Refer to Battery Management System - High Voltage Disable Procedure.)
  2. Disconnect the negative (-) terminal of the auxiliary battery (12 V).
  3. Disconnect the connector (A).
  4. Remove the actuator by loosening the bolts (B).

    Tightening torque: 0.98–3.9 N·m

  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
