Resuming cruise control at speeds above 30 km/h

When setting the cruise control speed with the lever (unlike with the CRUISE button)/CRUISE/If the system is turned off with the CRUISE button but the system is still active, the last set speed is resumed automatically when the lever is moved up (toward RES+).

However, the set speed will not be resumed when the current vehicle speed drops below 30 km/h.

There are several ways to turn off cruise control:

  • Press the cruise control button/ CRUISE /(the cruise control indicator light goes off).
  • Turn the ignition off.

Both of the above actions turn off cruise control. If you want to resume cruise control, repeat the steps listed in “Setting the Cruise Control Speed” on page 6-64.
