Sunroof slide

To open the sunroof, pull back its control lever.

To close the sunroof, push its control lever forward.

To open the sunroof automatically: Pull the sunroof control lever back to the second detent position, then release it. The sunroof will slide until it is fully open.

To stop the sunroof at a desired point, briefly pull or push its control lever.

To close the sunroof automatically: Push the sunroof control lever forward to the second detent position, then release it. The sunroof will close fully.

To stop the sunroof at a desired point, briefly pull or push its control lever.

NOTE When driving with the sunroof open (or partially open), you may notice buffeting or pulsating air noise. This noise is normal and can be reduced or eliminated as described below. If the noise comes from the open sunroof, slightly reduce the opening.

Auto reverse If an object or part of the body obstructs the automatic closing of the sunroof, the sunroof reverses direction and then stops.

The auto reverse function does not operate if the object caught between the sliding glass and the sunroof frame is extremely small. Before closing the sunroof, always check that there are no objects or passengers in the area concerned.

WARNING

• Do not intentionally try to pinch parts of your body to activate the auto reverse function.
• The auto reverse function may not activate if something is caught immediately before the sunroof reaches the fully closed position.
