Operates as follows when the ignition switch is ON.

1 2/HI : High wiper speed
2 1/LO : Normal wiper speed
3 ---/INT : Wipers operate intermittently at set wipe intervals. Use this mode in light rain or fog. To vary the interval, turn the speed control knob.
4 O/OFF : Wipers off
5 ˅ /1X : For a single wipe cycle, move the lever to this position and release it. The wipers will operate continuously if the lever is held in this position.

NOTICE

If there is heavy accumulation of snow or ice on the windshield, defrost the windshield for approximately 10 minutes or until the snow and/or ice is removed before using the wipers to ensure proper operation. If you do not remove the snow and/or ice before using the wipers and washer, the wiper and washer system may be damaged.
