Repair Procedures

Replacement

  1. Remove the front cluster panel (A) using a trim remover.

  2. Remove the side cover of the airbag [LH] (A) using a trim remover.

  3. Using a trim removal tool, remove the front door sill trim (A).

  4. Using a trim removal tool, remove the hood side trim (A).

  5. Remove the passenger compartment fuse box cover (A).

  6. Disconnect the hood release cable (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

  7. Separate the lower panel of the emergency cluster (A) after loosening the bolts and screws.

  8. Disconnect the lower side airbag switch connector (A).

  9. Install in the reverse order of removal.
