Seat Heating

~1min read

The seat warmers are designed to heat the front seats in cold weather.

When the ignition switch is in the ON position, press any of the switches to heat the driver's seat or front passenger's seat.

In mild weather, or when seat warmers are not needed, keep the switches in the OFF position.

• Each time you press the button, the seat temperature changes in the following order:

• The seat warmer defaults to the OFF position whenever the ignition switch is turned on.

✽ NOTICE

When the seat warmer switch is in the ON position, the seat warmer system automatically turns on or off depending on the seat temperature.

CAUTION! Seat Damage

  • When cleaning the seats, do not use organic solvents such as thinner, benzene, alcohol, or gasoline. These may damage the surface of the seat warmer or seat.
  • To prevent overheating of the seat warmer, do not place heat-insulating items such as blankets, cushions, or seat covers on the seats while the seat warmers are operating.
  • Do not place heavy or sharp objects on the seats with seat warmers. This may damage the seat warmer components.
