If the radar or the radar cover is contaminated or blocked by foreign matter, such as snow, this message will appear and disappear after some time.

In this case, the system may temporarily not function, but this does not indicate a malfunction of the Smart Cruise Control system. Clean the radar or the radar cover with a soft cloth, and the system will operate normally.

The Smart Cruise Control system may not activate properly if the radar is completely contaminated, or if an object is not detected after the vehicle is started (for example, in an open area).
