- When the FCA is not operating properly, the FCA indicator light (

WARNING
- FCA is only an auxiliary system for the driver's convenience. The driver is responsible for controlling the vehicle. Do not rely solely on the FCA system. Always maintain a safe braking distance and, if necessary, depress the brake pedal to reduce vehicle speed.
- In some cases and under certain driving conditions, the FCA system may activate unintentionally. Also, in some cases, the front camera recognition system may not detect a vehicle ahead. The FCA system may not activate, and a warning message will not be displayed.
- FCA may issue a warning message and warning signals unnecessarily. Also, due to detection limitations, FCA may not issue a warning message and warning signals at all.
- If the FCA is malfunctioning, braking control will not operate normally when a collision risk is detected, even if the other brake systems are operating.
- FCA only operates for a vehicle ahead when driving forward. It does not operate for animals or vehicles in the opposite direction.
- FCA does not recognize a vehicle crossing horizontally at an intersection or a vehicle parked crosswise.
- If the vehicle ahead suddenly stops, you may have less braking control over your vehicle. Therefore, always maintain a safe distance between your vehicle and the vehicle in front of you.
- The FCA system may activate during braking, and the vehicle may stop suddenly. Cargo in the vehicle may also pose a hazard to passengers. Therefore, always keep in mind the amount of cargo in the vehicle.
- The FCA system may not activate if the driver presses the brake pedal to avoid a collision risk before FCA operates.
- FCA does not operate when the vehicle is driving in reverse. In these cases, maintain a safe braking distance and, if necessary, depress the brake pedal to reduce speed and maintain a safe distance.
- The standard braking function will operate normally even if there is a malfunction in the FCA brake control system or other functions. In this case, braking control will not operate when there is a risk of collision.
- The FCA system may not activate depending on driving conditions, road, weather, road surface condition, etc.
- The FCA system may not activate for all types of vehicles.
