CAUTION

  • Use the tow hooks only in emergency situations (for example, to pull the vehicle out of a ditch or snowbank).
  • When using a tow hook, the cable or chain should pull the vehicle straight in line with the hook. Never apply side loads.

CAUTION

When towing with a cable or chain, wrap a soft cloth around the cable or chain near the bumper to prevent damage to it.
