Automatic locking of openings while driving

Operating principle

After starting the vehicle, the system automatically locks the openings once the vehicle reaches approximately 10 km/h.

Unlocking is done:

• by pressing door unlock button 1.
• when stationary, by opening a front door.

Note: if a door is opened/closed, it will lock again automatically when the vehicle reaches approximately 10 km/h.

Activating/Deactivating the function

Engine running: press button 1 for approximately 5 seconds until a beep sounds.

Malfunction

If you notice an operating fault (no automatic locking, the indicator built into button 1 does not light up when the openings lock...), first check that all openings (doors, tailgate) are properly closed. If they are closed, contact a brand representative.

If you choose to drive with the doors locked, be aware that this may make it more difficult for rescue services to access the passenger compartment in an emergency.
