In the event of a puncture, depending on the vehicle, you have either a spare wheel or an inflation kit (refer to the following pages).

It is located in the carrier 4 under the floor at the rear of the vehicle.

! If the spare wheel has been stored for many years, have your garage check that it is still suitable and can be used safely.

To access the spare wheel

  • Open the boot lid.
  • Loosen the nut using wheel brace 1.
  • Unhook the carrier by holding handle 3.
  • Remove the spare wheel.

To stow the wheel in the carrier

  • Make sure the wheel is correctly repositioned in the carrier, valve facing down.
  • Hook the carrier back using handle 3 and retighten the nut using wheel brace 1 to reassemble the assembly.
  • Make sure it is securely in place.
