DEPOSE

REMOVAL

Vehicle on two-post lift, fit the pedal depressor.

Remove:

  • the two lower shock absorber mountings,
  • the brake hoses,
  • the compensator control,
  • the centre heat shield,
  • the handbrake cables, disconnecting them at the central control,

Unclip the cables from the tank.

Support the rear axle and remove the nuts (1).

Train arrière

Remove the rear axle.

NOTE: the bolts are accessible under the rear seat (depending on version) after removing the plugs.

INSTALLATION

Refit in reverse order of removal.

Bleed the brake circuit.

Adjust the handbrake (see chapter 37).

Check and adjust the brake compensator if necessary (see chapter 37).
