Tightening torques
vacuum pump mounting bolts 2.1 daN.m

REMOVAL

  • Remove the engine covers.
Pompe à vide
  • Remove:
  • the hose connected to the brake booster,
  • the vacuum pump mounting bolts (1),
  • the vacuum pump.

INSTALLATION

  • Refit in the reverse order of removal.
  • Tighten the vacuum pump mounting bolts to torque (2.1 daN.m).

Tightening torques
vacuum pump mounting bolts 2.1 daN.m
intake duct retaining bolt 0.8 daN.m

REMOVAL

  • Remove the engine covers.
Pompe à vide
  • Remove:
  • the intake duct mounting bolts,
  • the intake duct,
  • the hose connected to the brake booster,
  • the vacuum pump mounting bolts (1),
  • the vacuum pump.

INSTALLATION

  • Refit in the reverse order of removal.
  • Tighten to the following torques:
  • the vacuum pump mounting bolts (2.1 daN.m),
  • the intake duct mounting bolts (0.8 daN.m).
