Resistencia del volante en función de la velocidad

La dirección asistida en función de la velocidad aumenta la resistencia del volante en proporción a la velocidad del vehículo, lo que puede ayudar a proporcionar al conductor una mayor sensación de control y estabilidad. La dirección es más firme en carretera. Al estacionar y a bajas velocidades, será más fácil girar el volante.

Asistencia reducida

In rare situations, the power steering may need to work at reduced power and the steering wheel may then feel more difficult to move. This may happen when the power steering becomes too hot and needs to be temporarily cooled. It can also happen if there is a disturbance in power supply.

Si la asistencia está reducida, aparecerán en el cuadro de instrumentos el mensaje Asistencia de la dirección temporalmente reducida y este símbolo.

While the power steering is working at reduced power, the driver support functions and systems with steering assistance are not available.

Cambio del nivel de resistencia del volante*

En el modo de conducción individual se puede ajustar el nivel de resistencia del volante.

Steering wheel resistance settings can only be accessed if the vehicle is stationary or is moving straight ahead at a low speed.
