What is a Cabin Air Filter

The cabin air filter improves the air quality in your vehicle by trapping dust, pollen and other particles.

Cabin Air Filter Replacement

Replace the filter regularly.

The cabin air filter is located behind the glove compartment.

To remove the lower glove compartment and access the filter:

  1. Open the glove compartment.
    Ford Escape. Interior Air Quality
  2. Press the tab on each side.
  3. Lower the glove compartment fully.
  4. Pull the glove compartment toward you.
