PROCEDURE

1. Проверните коленчатый вал в направлении против часовой стрелки в положение

1. Rotate the crankshaft counterclockwise to the position 90° before TDC, as shown in the illustration.

Make sure the valves are adjusted correctly.

2. Прибором BORROUGHS BT-33-73F измерьте натяжение зубчатого ремня в середине

2. Using the BORROUGHS BT-33-73F tool, measure the timing belt tension at the center of the tension side.

Belt tension on a cold engine: 9.5–16.5 kg

Install the tool measuring supports at the base of the belt teeth, and the measuring tip at the center, on the back side of the belt.
