- It is illegal to copy and use MP3/WMA files without authorisation. Use only CDs created by legal means.

- Do not apply volatile agents such as benzene, thinners, detergents or anti-static sprays designed for analogue records to CDs.

- To prevent damage to the disc surface, handle CDs by the edges or only by the centre hole.

- Clean the disc surface with a soft cloth before playback (wipe from the centre outwards).

- Do not damage the disc surface or attach stickers or paper to it.

- Make sure that nothing other than CDs is inserted into the CD player (do not insert more than one CD at a time).

- After use, store CDs in their case to protect them from scratches and dirt.

- Depending on the type of CD-R/CD-RW, some discs may not play normally depending on the manufacturer and the methods used to create or record them.

Under some circumstances, continuous use may cause malfunctions of the audio system.

NOTE - Playback of an incompatible copy-protected audio CD

Some copy-protected CDs that do not comply with international audio CD standards (Red Book) may not work in the car audio. Note that failure to properly start a copy-protected CD may indicate that the CD is defective, not the CD player.

WARNING - Do not look at the screen while driving. Looking at the screen for prolonged periods may cause a traffic accident. - Do not disassemble, reassemble or modify the audio system. These actions may cause an accident, fire or electric shock. - Using a mobile phone while driving may cause a loss of attention to traffic conditions and increase the probability of an accident. Use the phone functions after parking the vehicle. - Take care not to spill water or allow foreign objects to enter the device. These actions may cause a fire or product malfunction. - Stop using the product if the screen is white or no sound is heard, as these signs may indicate a product malfunction. Continued use under these conditions may cause an accident (fire, electric shock) or product malfunction. - Do not touch the antenna during thunder or lightning, as it may cause an electric shock induced by lightning. - Do not stop or park in areas where parking is restricted in order to operate the product. These actions may cause a traffic accident. - Use the system with the vehicle switched on. Prolonged use with the vehicle switched off may discharge the battery. - Driver distraction may cause loss of control of the vehicle, which may lead to an accident, serious personal injury, or death. The driver's primary responsibility is the safe and legal operation of a vehicle. Never use any portable devices, other equipment or vehicle systems that divert the driver's eyes, attention and focus away from the safe operation of a vehicle, or that are not permitted by law, while operating the vehicle. NOTICE - Using the device while driving may cause an accident due to lack of attention to the surrounding environment. Park the vehicle before using this device. - Adjust the volume to a level that allows the driver to hear sounds from outside the vehicle. Driving in conditions where outside sounds cannot be heard may cause an accident. - Take care when adjusting the volume when switching on the device. If a sound at excessive volume occurs when the device is switched on, it may cause hearing damage. (Adjust the volume to a suitable level before switching off the device.) - Switch on the car before using the device. Do not use the audio system for long periods with the vehicle switched off, as this may discharge the battery. - Do not subject the device to strong impacts or shocks. Direct pressure on the front of the monitor may damage the LCD or touch screen. - When cleaning the device, make sure to switch it off and use a smooth, dry cloth. Never use hard materials, chemical cloths or solvents (alcohol, benzene, thinners, etc.), as these materials may damage the device panel or cause colour/quality deterioration. - Do not place drinks near the audio system. Spilled drinks may cause a system malfunction. - In case of a product malfunction, contact your dealer or service centre. - If the audio system is located in an electromagnetic environment, interference may occur. - Prevent corrosive substances such as perfumes and cosmetics from coming into contact with the dashboard, as they may cause damage or discolouration.

NOTE - ON THE USE OF USB DEVICES

- To use an external USB device, make sure that the device is not connected when the vehicle is started. Connect it only after starting.

- If the engine is started while the USB device is connected, you risk damaging it (USB flash drives are extremely sensitive to electric shock).

- If the engine is started or turned off while the external USB device is connected, the latter may not work.

- Non-authentic WMA or MP3 files cannot be played.

1) Only MP3 files with a compression rate of 8 Kbps to 320 Kbps can be played.

2) Only WMA music files with a compression rate of 8 Kbps to 320 Kbps can be played.

- Take precautions against static electricity when connecting or disconnecting the external USB device.

- Encrypted MP3 players are not recognized.
