The clutch pedal must always be fully pressed before:

- Starting the engine. The engine will not start unless the brake pedal is pressed.

- Shifting gears

Slowly release the clutch pedal.

The pedal must always be fully released while driving.

NOTICE To prevent wear and unnecessary damage to the clutch: - Do not rest your foot on the clutch pedal while driving. - Do not use the clutch to hold the vehicle stationary on a hill, while waiting at a traffic light, etc. - Always fully press the clutch pedal to avoid noise or damage.
