Before driving the vehicle, make sure the inside rearview mirror is properly positioned. Adjust the rearview mirror so that the rear window view is properly centered.

WARNING

Make sure your line of sight is not blocked. Do not place items on the rear seat, in the cargo area, or behind the rear seat headrests that may obstruct your view through the rear window.

WARNING

To avoid serious injury during an accident or airbag deployment, do not modify the rearview mirror or install a wide-angle mirror.

WARNING

NEVER adjust the mirror while driving. This may result in loss of vehicle control and an accident.

NOTICE

When cleaning the mirror, use a paper towel or similar material moistened with glass cleaner. Do not spray glass cleaner directly onto the mirror, as liquid may enter the mirror housing.
