Wheel Replacement

When replacing wheels, regardless of the reason for the replacement, make sure the new wheels are equivalent to the original factory wheels in diameter, rim width and wheel offset.

Using wheels of a non-recommended size may adversely affect wheel and bearing service life, braking and stopping performance, handling characteristics, ground clearance, clearance between the body and tire, clearance for snow chains, speedometer and odometer operation, headlight aiming and bumper height.
