Description
The main relay is installed in the Power Relay Assembly (PRA) and controls the high voltage line. It connects power between the high voltage battery and the high voltage junction box by the control signal of the BMS ECU. However, when a battery cell swells due to overcharging, the main relay and the precharge relay are not controlled by the RAD. The RAD is installed on each battery module and will not operate if the battery is normal. [With High Voltage Battery Heating System]
