Inspection
When removing the battery for inspection of the high voltage battery system, it can be connected to the vehicle using SST 0K918-E4100, 0K375-E4100, 0K375-E4200.
  1. Turn the ignition off.
  2. Disconnect high voltage. (Refer to High Voltage Battery Management System - "High Voltage Disconnection Procedure")
  3. Remove the high voltage battery pack. (Refer to High Voltage Battery System - Repair Procedures - Removal)
  4. Remove the high-voltage battery upper cover. (Refer to High-Voltage Battery System - Housing - "Upper Case")
  5. Measure the resistance.

Removal
The high voltage battery heater, high voltage battery heater temperature sensor, and inlet temperature sensor are integrated with the high voltage battery pack assembly. Refer to the high voltage battery pack assembly removal procedure.

Installation
The high voltage battery heater, high voltage battery heater temperature sensor, and inlet temperature sensor are integrated with the high voltage battery pack assembly. Refer to the high voltage battery pack assembly removal procedure.
