Repair Procedures

Replacement

  1. Tilt the sliding glass using the sunroof switch.

  2. Remove both mechanism side covers (A).

  3. Loosen the mounting screws (A) on both sides.

  4. Carefully lift the sliding glass (A) and remove it.

  5. Open the blind using the sunroof switch.

  6. Remove the roller cover (A) after loosening the mounting screw.

  7. Loosen the roller blind guide mounting screw (A).

  8. Remove the roller blind guide (A) from the mechanism guide.

  9. Loosen the mounting screw of the roller blind shoe clamp (A).

  10. Remove the roller blind shoe clamp (A).

  11. Remove the blind bar (B) by pressing the locking pin (A) with a flat-tip screwdriver.

  12. Separate the right side of the roller blind (A) by pressing the washer (B).

  13. Remove the roller blind (A) after separating the roller shaft (B) from the sunroof assembly.

  14. Install in the reverse order of removal.
