Repair Procedures

Installation and Removal

  1. Untere Motorraumabdeckung abbauen.

    (Siehe Motor und Getriebe - "Untere Motorraumabdeckung")

  2. Antriebsriemen abnehmen.

    (Refer to Drive Belt System - "Drive Belt")

  3. Rechtes Vorderrad abbauen.

    (Refer to Suspension - "Wheel")

  4. Kurbelwellendämpfer Riemenscheibe ausbauen.

    1. Using the Special Service Tools (09231-2M100, 09231-2J210), hold the crankshaft damper pulley (A) in position.

    2. Remove the crankshaft damper pulley bolt and remove the crankshaft damper pulley (A).

    Anzugsdrehmoment: [55,9 ~ 62 N·m +47 ~ 50°

  5. Der Einbau erfolgt in der umgekehrten Reihenfolge des Ausbaus.

INSPECTION

Check the crankshaft damper pulley for vibration when rotating and for oil or dust deposits on the drive belt. Replace if necessary.
