Prufen Sie den Spurhalteassistenten (LKA).

The LKA malfunction indicator (yellow) illuminates when the LKA is not functioning properly. In this case, have the system inspected by an authorized service technician. Kia recommends visiting a Kia dealer or service partner.

• In the situations described below, deactivate the system and drive the vehicle yourself.
  - In bad weather
  - On poor road conditions
  - When the driver must perform frequent steering maneuvers
  - When towing a vehicle or operating with a trailer
• The steering may feel heavier or lighter while steering assistance is activated.

Das System wird unter folgenden Umständen deaktiviert:

• You change lanes with the turn signal.
  - Use the turn signal when changing lanes.
  - If you change lanes without using the turn signal, the system may take control of the vehicle.
• The LKA system may switch to steering assist mode when the vehicle is in the center of the lane after the system is turned on, or after changing lanes. The LKA system cannot provide steering assistance if the vehicle drives too close to the lane marking before it switches to steering assist mode.
• ESC (Electronic Stability Control) or VSM (Vehicle Stability Management) is active.
• Steering assistance does not become active when you enter a sharp curve quickly.
• Steering assistance does not become active when the speed is below 60 km/h or above 200 km/h.
