When the headlamp switch is in the ON or AUTO position and all doors (and the tailgate) are closed and locked, if you press the unlock button on the transmitter (or smart key), the headlamps will illuminate for approximately 15 seconds. If the headlamp switch is in the AUTO position, the function may only operate at night.

At this time, if you press the unlock button again or the lock button on the transmitter (or smart key), the headlamps turn off immediately.

NOTICE

Traffic Change (for Europe)

The low beam light distribution is asymmetrical. If you drive abroad to a country with opposite traffic direction, this asymmetrical part will dazzle the driver of an oncoming vehicle. To prevent dazzling, ECE regulations require several technical solutions (for example, an automatic switching system, adhesive sheet, downward aiming). These headlamps are designed so as not to dazzle oncoming drivers. Therefore, you do not need to change your headlamps in a country with opposite traffic direction.
