The rear view camera turns on when the back-up light is illuminated, the ignition switch is in the ON position and the shift lever is in the R (Reverse) position.

This system is a supplementary system that shows the view behind the vehicle on the navigation display when the vehicle is reversing.

WARNING
  • This system is only a supplementary system. The driver is always responsible for checking the area behind the vehicle, using the inside/outside rearview mirrors, before and while reversing, because there is a blind spot the camera cannot see.
  • Always keep the camera lens clean. If the lens is covered with foreign material, the camera may not operate normally.
