The NISSAN voice recognition system can activate the following systems:

  • Bluetooth® Hands-Free Phone System
  • Navigation
  • Audio
  • Information
  • My Apps

Numbers

Numbers must be spoken in a certain way for the NISSAN voice recognition system to recognize them. Some examples are shown below.

In general, you can say “zero” or “oh” for “0”.

Phone Numbers

Speak phone numbers as shown in the following example. For the number 1 800 662-6200, say “Dial” and speak the phone number using one of the following formats:

  • “one eight oh oh six six two six two oh oh,”
  • “one eight hundred six six two six two zero zero.”
  • “one eight zero zero six six two six two oh oh.”

For best results, speak phone numbers one digit at a time. Also, whole numbers can only be spoken for “800”. For example, you cannot say the number 555-6000 as “five five five six thousand”.
