Travelling or registering your vehicle abroad
If you plan to drive your NISSAN vehicle in another country, first make sure that fuel suitable for your vehicle's engine is available there.
Using fuel with an octane rating that is too low can damage the engine. All gasoline vehicles must use unleaded gasoline. Avoid driving your vehicle in regions or countries where the proper fuel is not available.
Your vehicle may need to be modified to comply with local laws and regulations if it is to be registered in another country, province, state, or district.
Laws and regulations governing vehicle emission control and vehicle safety standards vary by country, province, state, or district. As a result, the required specifications for a vehicle may differ.
When a vehicle must be registered in another country, province, state, or district, the costs of modification, transportation, and registration are the owner's responsibility. NISSAN assumes no liability in this regard.
