Climate Control Air Filter

~1min read

Filter Inspection

The climate control air filter should be replaced according to the Maintenance Schedule. If the vehicle is driven for extended periods in cities with heavily polluted air or on dusty, uneven roads, inspect and replace it more frequently. When replacing the climate control air filter, follow the procedure below and take care not to damage other components.

1. With the glove box open, remove the stoppers from both sides so that the glove box hangs freely from its hinges.

2. Remove the support rod (1).

3. Remove the cabin air filter housing cover by pulling the right side of the cover.

4. Replace the cabin air filter.

5. Reassemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

NOTICE

Install the new cabin air filter in the correct direction. Make sure the arrow symbol (↓) points downward. Otherwise, the climate control effect may be reduced and noise may occur.
