Parking Brake Lever Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

1. Remove the center console. Refer to Center Console Removal and Installation.
2. Fully loosen the lock nuts and adjusting nuts of the brake cables.

3. Отсоедините электрический провод (1).

3. Disconnect the electrical wire (1).
4. Remove the attaching bolts and remove the brake lever (arrows).

УСТАНОВКА

INSTALLATION

1. Insert the parking brake cables into the lever. Install and secure the brake lever.
2. Finger-tighten the cable nuts.
3. Adjust the parking brake. Refer to Parking Brake Adjustment.
4. Turn the ignition on. With the parking brake released, the warning lamp must go out. If it does not go out, adjust the brake switch.
5. Install the center console.
