* Do not allow brake hoses to come into contact with oil or kerosene. Do not paint or apply anti-corrosion protective coating.

REMOVAL

1. Mark the position of the wheel relative to the hub with paint. This allows the balanced wheel to be installed in its original position. Loosen the wheel bolts while the vehicle is on the ground. Raise and support the vehicle on stands and remove the wheel.
2. Lightly depress the brake pedal and hold it. To do this, insert a wooden block between the seat and the pedal, moving the seat forward and back. This prevents fluid from leaking out of the reservoir and air from entering the system after the line is disconnected.
3. Disconnect the brake line (1) and union nut (2) from the brake hose. Hold the hose by the flats or hex (3) to prevent it from turning, so that the fitting in the bracket does not rotate.

* Some brake fluid may leak out. Collect it in a container designated for brake fluid only.

4. Отверните шланг у суппорта.

4. Unscrew the hose from the caliper.

INSTALLATION

1. Connect the hose to the caliper.
2. Set the wheels straight ahead.
3. Secure the brake hose in the bracket and connect the union nut to the brake line. Hold the brake hose by the flats or hex to prevent the fitting from turning in the bracket. Tighten the M12 thread to 15 N·m and the M10 thread to 20 N·m.
4. Install the front wheels so that the marks made during removal line up. Do not lubricate the wheel bolts. Secure the wheels.
5. After installation, with the wheel unloaded (vehicle raised), check that the hose moves freely when the steering wheel is turned and does not contact adjacent components.
6. Lower the vehicle onto its wheels and tighten the wheel bolts in a crisscross pattern to 100 N·m.
7. Turn the steering wheel fully left and right and check that the hose moves freely and does not contact adjacent components.
8. Bleed the air from the brake system.
Caution, check the following:
a) Are the brake hoses secured?
b) Is the brake hose secured in the bracket?
c) Is the bleeder screw tightened?
d) Is there enough brake fluid in the reservoir?
e) With the engine running, check the system for leaks. To do this, press the brake pedal with a force of 200 - 300 N (20 - 30 kgf) and hold it for 10 s. The pedal force must not decrease.
f) Check all connections for leaks.

* Brake fluid must be disposed of in accordance with special regulations.
