Properly functioning wiper blades are necessary for good visibility and safe driving. Check the condition of the wiper blades regularly. Replace blades that are stiff, cracked, damaged, or excessively dirty.

Foreign substances on the windshield or wiper blades reduce cleaning efficiency. If the blades do not remove dirt properly, clean the windshield and blades with glass cleaner or a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly with water. Repeat if necessary.

Silicone residue cannot be removed from glass. Therefore, do not use silicone-based polishes on the windshield; otherwise, streaks that impair visibility will remain on the glass.

Do not use thinner, gasoline, kerosene, or paint thinner to clean the wiper blades. These are harsh substances and may damage the blades and painted surfaces.

WIPER BLADE REPLACEMENT

1. Press and hold the wiper arm release tab.

2. Remove the wiper blade from the arm.

3. Install a new wiper blade.
