Connected navigation connection

Depending on version, according to the vehicle's trim level, as well as subscription to connected services and options.

Network connection provided by the vehicle

With the Citroën Connect Box offer, the system is automatically connected to the Internet and to connected services, and does not require a connection provided by the user via their smartphone.

OR

Network connection provided by the user

To find out which smartphone models are eligible, go to the brand's website for your country.

Activate and set up the smartphone's connection sharing.

Principles and standards are constantly evolving; for the communication process between the smartphone and the system to work correctly, it is recommended to update the smartphone's operating system as well as the date and time on the smartphone and the system.

USB connection

Connect the USB cable.

The smartphone is in charging mode when connected via the USB cable.

Bluetooth connection

Activate the phone's Bluetooth function and make sure it is discoverable (see the "Applications" section).

Wi-Fi connection

Select a Wi-Fi network found by the system and connect to it.

This function is only available if it has been activated either via "Notifications" or via the "Applications" menu.

Press "Notifications".

Select Wi-Fi to activate it.

OR

Press Apps to display the main page.

Press the "OPTIONS" button to access the secondary page.

Select "Wi-Fi network connection".

Select the "Secured" or "Unsecured" or "Saved" tab.

Select a network.

Using the virtual keyboard, enter the Wi-Fi network "Key" and the "Password".

Press "OK" to connect the smartphone to the vehicle system.

Usage restriction: With CarPlay, connection sharing is limited to Wi-Fi connection mode.

The quality of the services depends on the quality of the network.

Allow sending of information

Press Settings to display the main page.

Press the "OPTIONS" button to access the secondary page.

Select "System configuration".

Select the "Private mode" tab.

OR

Press "Notifications".

Press "Private Mode".

THEN

Enable or disable:

- "No data sharing except company vehicle".

- "Data sharing only"

- "Sharing of vehicle data and position"

Settings specific to connected navigation

Press Navigation to display the main page.

Press the "MENU" key to access the secondary page.

Select "Settings".

Select the "Map" tab.

Enable or disable:

- "Allow reporting of danger zones".

- "End-of-trip walking advice".

These settings must be made for each profile.

Press "OK" to confirm the selection.

Select the "Alerts" tab.

Enable or disable:

- "Warn of nearby car park".

- "Warn of nearby fuel station".

- "Alert of danger zones", then press the alert icon (triangle) to set up alerts.

- "Sound an audible alert".

- "Warn of nearby POI 1".

- "Warn of nearby POI 2".

Press "OK" to confirm the selection.

You can access the "Notifications" at any time from the top banner.

Display of danger zones depends on the applicable legislation and on subscription to the service.

When "TOMTOM TRAFFIC" appears, the services are available.

The services offered with connected navigation are as follows.

A Connected Services pack:

- Weather,

- Fuel stations,

- Parking,

- Traffic,

- Local search POI.

A Danger Zone pack (optional).

Reporting: "Alert of danger zones"

To broadcast the danger zone report, tick the option: "Allow reporting of danger zones".

Press Navigation to display the main page.

Press the "Report a new danger zone" key located on the side panels or in the top banner of the touchscreen (depending on equipment).

Select the "Type" option to choose the type of "Danger zone".

Select the "Speed" option and enter it using the virtual keyboard.

Press "OK" to save and broadcast the information.

Display information for the selected fuel

Press Navigation to display the main page.

Press this key to display the list of services.

Press "POI on map" to display the list of points of interest.

Press one of the keys to search for "Fuel station".

Enable / Disable "Fuel station".

Press this key to display a secondary page.

Select the "Settings" tab.

Select the desired fuel.

Press "OK" to save.

Display information for charging stations

Press Navigation to display the main page.

Press this key to display the list of services.

Press "POI on map" to display the list of points of interest.

Press one of the keys to search for "Charging station".

Enable / Disable "Charging station".

Press this key to display a secondary page.

Select the "Settings" tab.

Select the desired connector type.

Press "OK" to save.

Display the weather

Press Navigation to display the main page.

Press this key to display the list of services.

Select "Map view".

Select "Weather".

Press this key to display first-level information.

Press this key to display detailed weather information.

The temperature displayed at 6 a.m. will be the maximum temperature of the day.

The temperature displayed at 6 p.m. will be the minimum temperature of the night.
