Ergonomie et confort

In cold weather, this function heats the base of the windscreen, as well as the area along the left pillar.

Without changing the air conditioning settings, it helps free the wiper blades from the windscreen more quickly when they are frozen to the glass and prevents snow from building up due to wiper operation.

► With the engine running, press this button to switch the function on / off (confirmed by the indicator light coming on / going off).

The function is active as soon as the outside temperature drops below 0ºC. It switches off automatically each time the engine is stopped.

Demisting - Defrosting of rear window

This demisting - defrosting only works with the engine running.

Depending on version, it also controls the external mirrors.

► Press this button to switch the function on / off (confirmed by the indicator light coming on / going off).

Demisting - defrosting switches off automatically to avoid excessive power consumption.

Switching off demisting - defrosting as soon as it is no longer needed reduces power consumption, and therefore energy consumption.
