Remove or disconnect:

1. Remove bolts 3 securing the front pipe to the exhaust manifold..

2. Remove the nuts from bolts 7 securing the converter..

3. Remove the front pipe and converter..

4. Remove the old gasket

Clean.

PROCEDURE.

Clean the mating surfaces of the flange and exhaust manifold..

Installation

PROCEDURE.

1. New gasket

1..

2. Front pipe and converter..

3. Converter mounting bolts and nuts..

4. Front pipe mounting bolts. Tighten the front pipe mounting bolts to the exhaust manifold

to torque 20 N·m. Tighten the nuts and bolts securing the converter to the front pipe

to torque 20 N·m.
