The instrument cluster display shows the current ACC system settings. The information displayed depends on the status of the ACC system.

Press and release the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) on/off button until one of the following appears in the instrument cluster display:

Adaptive Cruise Control Off

When ACC is deactivated, the display shows "Adaptive Cruise Control Off."

Adaptive Cruise Control Ready

When ACC is activated but no vehicle speed is selected, the display shows "Adaptive Cruise Control Ready."

Adaptive Cruise Control Kit

When the SET (+) or SET (-) button is pressed, the message "ACC SET" will appear in the display.

When ACC is set, the set speed will be displayed in the instrument cluster display.

The ACC screen may appear again if one of the following ACC actions occurs:

  • System cancellation
  • Driver override
  • System off
  • ACC proximity warning
  • ACC unavailable warning

The instrument cluster display returns to the last selected display after five seconds without ACC display activity.
