Side airbags are located on the outboard side of each front and rear seat back. In certain side impacts or rollovers, the airbags will deploy. The side airbag is designed to inflate between the door panel and the occupant to further enhance the protection provided to occupants in side impacts.

Properly restrain children 12 years old and under in rear seats. The rear side airbag will not interfere with properly installed child restraints or booster seats.
