Liftgate - Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my power liftgate not work?

Make sure the transmission is in Park (P), make sure nothing is obstructing the liftgate path and there is no excess weight on the liftgate. If the problem persists, the battery voltage may be low or there may be other system issues. Contact an authorized dealer.
