Pedal Height

Высотой положения педали называется расстояние от ее накладки до панели пола.

Pedal height is the distance from the pedal pad to the floor panel. If the measured distance is outside the specified range, perform the appropriate adjustment.

To adjust the pedal position, loosen the lock nut of the clutch switch or the adjusting bolt, and back out the switch so that it no longer contacts the pedal. Now loosen the lock nut of the pedal pushrod, and turn the pushrod to adjust the pedal height as required. Tighten the lock nut.

Clutch switch - the lower of the two adjacent switches (the upper unit is the starter interlock switch).
Turn the switch/bolt clockwise until it contacts the pedal arm, then turn it an additional 3/4 turn/1 turn. Tighten the lock nut.
Adjust the starter interlock switch (see Inspection, Replacement and Adjustment of the Starter Interlock Switch).
Clutch pedal free play

Free play is the distance the pedal travels before resistance is felt and the clutch begins to disengage. If the clutch pedal free play is outside the specified range, adjust it.

To adjust the free play, loosen the lock nut on the pedal pushrod, then turn the pushrod until the specified result is obtained. Tighten the lock nut.
Make sure the starter interlock switch is correctly adjusted (see Inspection, Replacement and Adjustment of the Starter Interlock Switch).
