PROCEDURE

1. Install the outer and inner oil pump rotors into the front cover.
2. Install the oil pump cover and secure it with the bolts. After tightening the bolts, make sure the rotors turn smoothly and freely.
Torque: 6–9 N·m

3. Install the relief valve, spring, and plug, and tighten the plug to the specified torque. Before installing, lubricate the relief valve with engine oil.

Torque: 40–50 N·m
