The driver must be careful in the following situations. ISLW may not assist the driver and may not operate correctly.

  • Do not disassemble the camera or attach any tinted film, coatings, or accessories to the windshield near the camera. If the camera is disassembled and reassembled, take your vehicle to an authorized HYUNDAI dealer and have the system checked for the need for calibration.
  • Do not place reflective objects (for example, white paper, mirrors) on top of the instrument panel. Any reflection of light may cause ISLW to malfunction.
  • Take extreme care to keep the camera sensor away from water.
  • Do not disassemble the camera assembly or apply any impact to the camera assembly.
  • ISLW is intended only to assist the driver. The driver should exercise greater caution when operating the vehicle.
  • The driver always remains responsible for safe driving by following applicable traffic rules and regulations.
