Hyundai Palisade. Downhill Brake Control (DBC)

The Downhill Brake Control (DBC) system helps the driver descend steep slopes without having to press the brake pedal.

The system automatically applies the brakes to maintain the vehicle speed below a set speed, allowing the driver to concentrate on steering the vehicle down the slope.

DBC is off by default whenever the ignition switch is in the ON position. Press the button to activate the system, and press the button again to deactivate it.
