ALWAYS use the floor mat anchors to secure the front floor mats to the vehicle and prevent the floor mats from sliding forward.

WARNING

To avoid serious injury or death from a floor mat interfering with the brake or accelerator pedal:

  • Remove the protective film on the carpet before installing the floor mat.
  • Check that the floor mats are securely fastened to the floor mat anchor(s) before driving.
  • Do NOT use any floor mats that cannot be firmly attached to the vehicle body with the floor mat anchors.
  • Do not stack floor mats on top of another mat (for example, an all-weather rubber mat on top of a carpeted mat). Only one floor mat should be installed in each position.
  • To avoid any interference with the pedal operation, install only HYUNDAI floor mats designed for use in your vehicle.
