1. Front Seat Belt Pretensioner

Repair Procedures

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

  1. Remove the upper B-pillar trim. (Refer to BD-60)

    (Siehe Innenverkleidung - "B-Säulenverkleidung")

  2. Loosen the mounting bolt, then remove the upper anchor of the front seat belt.

    Anzugsdrehmoment: 39,2 ~ 54 N·m

  3. Gurtaufroller-Steckverbinder (A) vom Vordersitz abziehen.

    Anzugsdrehmoment: 7,8 ~ 11.8 N·m

  4. Befestigungsschrauben lösen und Vordersitz-Gurtaufroller (A) ausbauen.

    Anzugsdrehmoment

    Upper: 7.8 - 11.8 N·m

    Lower: 39.2 - 54 N·m

  5. Der Einbau erfolgt in der umgekehrten Reihenfolge des Ausbaus.
