INSPECTION
WINDOW ADJUSTMENT
Remove the rear door panel.
(See Rear Door - Rear Door Panel)
Loosen the screws, then remove the door inside handle mounting bracket (A).

Disconnect the rear door speaker connector (A), then remove the clips and the wiring harness.

Remove the rear door trim weatherstrip (A).

Carefully slide the rear door glass (A) until the mounting bolts are visible through the access holes, then loosen the bolts.

Check the window for smooth operation.
STRIKER ADJUSTMENT
Loosen the bolts (B) just enough so the striker plate can move.
Tightening torque: 16.7 ~ 22 N·m N·m

To adjust, tap the striker with a plastic hammer. The striker does not move much, but it can be adjusted by a few millimeters.
Grasp the outside door handle and press the door toward the body to make sure the door closes flush. If the door closes correctly, tighten the bolts and check again.
DOOR POSITION ADJUSTMENT
Make sure the door and frame edges are parallel.

Park the vehicle on a hard, level surface while adjusting the doors.
Hinge Adjustment (A):
Slightly loosen the door hinge mounting bolts and move the door IN or OUT until it is flush with the body.
Slightly loosen the hinge mounting bolts and move the door REARWARD, FORWARD, UPWARD or DOWNWARD so the gap is even everywhere.
Place a shop rag on the striker to prevent damage to the door during adjustment.
Tightening torque: (B): 9.8~19.6 N·m (C): 33.3~41 N·m

Apply grease to the moving parts of the hinges indicated by the arrows.
Check for leaks.
