Removal

  1. Remove the remote control switch from the steering wheel. [Right]

    (Refer to Body Electrical System - "Steering Wheel Remote Control Switch")

Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Inspection

  1. Check the resistance between the terminals at each switch position.

    Switch Connector Terminal Resistance (±3%)
    Pause 2-6 610 Ω
    Decrease speed) 910 Ω
    Speed (Up) 1.38 kΩ
    CRUISE ON/OFF 2.13 kΩ
    CCS 7.93 kΩ
    Trip Group 1-6 610 Ω
    Step) 910 Ω
    Trip (Down) 1.38 kΩ
    Trip (OK) 2.13 kΩ
    MAF 7.93 kΩ
