1. Rear Door Glass

Repair Procedures

Replacement

  1. Remove the rear door trim.

    (Refer to Rear Door - Rear Door Trim Panel)

  2. Remove the rear door belt inside weatherstrip (A).

  3. Remove the rear door weatherstrip from the outside (A).

  4. Loosen the mounting nuts and loosen the rear door channel.

    Tightening torque: 7.8–11.8 N·m

  5. Remove the plug hole cover (A).

  6. Lower the rear door glass by pressing the power window switch.

  7. Carefully adjust the rear door glass (A) so that the bolt is visible, then loosen them. Separate the glass from the regulator and carefully pull the glass out through the window opening.

    Tightening torque: 7.8–11.8 N·m

  8. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
